Lesego Manganye (27) is a BA Honors graduate at Nelson Mandela University. Lesego is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at Witwatersrand University with plans to attain an MBA in the near future. 

Lesego’s interests are the promotion of access to information regarding education and training opportunities within remote areas, as a result, Lesego has initiated and formed part of outreach programs aimed at optimising access to such information. Lesego’s hobbies include reading non-fictional literature (favourite author, Chimamanda Ngozi), discovering new farmers’ markets and spending time with her family. 

After graduating her BA, Lesego worked as an intern at Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality where she gathered experience in office administration as well as public policy development. Lesego then moved to Spectrum-Alert ITS, a Vehicle Operation Company of the Integrated Public Transport System in Port Elizabeth, where she assumed her role as a Labour Relations Officer and later Skills Development Facilitator. Lesego became instrumental in the planning, coordination and training rollout of approximately 200 staff members. Lesego has most recently worked as a Consultant for The Amekh Group, where she assumed her role as a Project Coordinator for the Supply Chain Excellence Management Program. Lesego brings a stellar work ethic and fiery passion for supply chain excellence that is rooted in meaningful, collaborative engagement as well as continuous training and development.
