A leading FMCG company is looking for a Factory Supply Chain Manager to be based at their factory close to Pretoria.

Manage, guide and develop all Supply Chain functions at plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimized costs.

Relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory role at market/plant level in at least one of the following areas:

• Manufacturing
• Industrial Performance
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Warehousing
• Inbound Material Management
• Production Planning
• Procurement

Relevant operational experience at market/plant level in the following areas is beneficial:

• NCE
• Finance: business planning, budget control, cost management
• Transports
• Supplier facing SC

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree
• 10+ Years’ Experience

• 3-5 Years End-to-end SC Experience
